Dear Friends,

This is an exciting year for Youth About Business – we’re turning 25!

I am proud to see YAB reach such a milestone, and humbled by the incredible successes, challenges, and growth YAB has experienced over the past couple of decades.

We’ve seen the organization grow from just a handful of students in Nashville into a multifaceted program that attracts students from all over the world. We have a network of over 1,000 volunteers who offer their time and expertise to teach and lead our programs. We couldn’t have achieved such success without support and contributions from you all.

Each year we are inspired to continue our work when we hear stories from the amazing community of students, parents, alumni, educators, volunteers, staff and donors about the impact YAB has had on them. In recognition of all you have contributed to YAB, we will be featuring some of your stories on our blog.

We are truly grateful for the support you all have shown and know we can count on you as we plan for our future. We are developing new programs that will allow students to engage with business and leadership in new and novel ways. We are building partnerships that will allow us to offer more resources and a greater wealth of knowledge to the curious, passionate and intelligent students that take part in our programs.

As we move forward, there are many ways you can stay in touch and engage with us – our blog, Facebook, Twitter or email. So please, stay in touch and be a part of our movement as we continue to create opportunities for young people eager to succeed.

Excellence is the Standard,

Sam Kirk
Executive Director
